The answers to today's Strands, game #730, are…

  • ORDERLY
  • TIDY
  • NEAT
  • SHIPSHAPE
  • CLEAN
  • IMMACULATE
  • SPANGRAM: SPRUCEDUP

  • My rating: Easy
  • My score: Perfect

Another easy Strands puzzle, even if the thing it describes — being tidy — is something I struggle greatly with.

I like my house to be the opposite of my brain: disorganised, cluttered and the opposite of everything listed here.

I spotted ORDER first, then added the final letters to make ORDERLY. SHIPSHAPE jumped out next, and once I'd solved the spangram — handily located across the middle of the board — the others fell into place in a NEAT and TIDY fashion.

Yesterday's NYT Strands answers (Monday, March 2, game #729)

  • PANTRY
  • WIFI
  • PRINTER
  • BOOTHS
  • DESKS
  • LOUNGE
  • SPANGRAM: COWORKINGSPACE
